Pricing and scope
The service is offered as a £499 Admin-Leak Audit (refund-guaranteed, credited in full against a pilot), a fixed-scope pilot at £1,500–£3,000 with an agreed outcome guarantee, and ongoing running at £1,500–£2,500/month — in each case less than half the cost of a £30–40k full-time admin hire. Acceptance, scope, pricing, access, response expectations, approval gates and deliverables are agreed separately after discovery.

Sensitive external actions — sending, posting, spending, deleting, account changes, or business decisions — require the right approval before action.
